I have been a full time REALTOR since 2005, licensed as an Associate Broker.
I am a second generation REALTOR following in the footsteps of my successful mother who is the Owner/Broker of COLDWELL BANKER
1st Wheatland Realty in Wheatland, WY.
I have worked with buyers and sellers of homes, rural properties, condos and investment properties.
I specialize in getting my seller clients the maximum price possible from the sale of their properties, and in getting my buyer clients the
very best value when they buy real estate. I especially enjoy assisting first time home buyers and clients interested in investment property.
Growing up on a ranch in Wyoming, and living in a rural community most of my life, I am also very passionate about farm and ranch properties.
Education
I attended Doane College, in Crete, Nebraska where I double majored in PE/Sports Management.
My continuing education in real estate goes far beyond the basic course requirements for licensing.
In the short amount of time in the business, I have continually added to my education and skills by completing numerous real estate courses and
workshops.
Professional Affiliations
I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS.
In addition to upholding a professional Code of Ethics, these associations make sure their members are kept up to date on the latest real estate
legislation and other changes in the industry.
I have earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation, a distinction granted to less than five percent of real estate professionals,
which makes my part of the largest referral network of REALTORS in the world.
Hobbies
I enjoy golfing, camping, and boating in the summer months, getaways to Colorado’s beautiful winter wonderlands for a cozy cabin in the winter,
and always enjoy going to the gym.
